The first time the agent was pedantic and I had to clear all surfaces, so I packed away a heap of stuff. Lots of trinkets and stuff were stored in the garage along with a range of kitchenware, clothes etc to clear cupboard space for other things. <br /><br />My place didn't sell but I never unpacked them. A year later when I put it back on the market and sold it I found all of the other boxes when moving. I decided that if I could live without them for a year I really didn't need most of the stuff now. I gave a heap of stuff away to Op Shops.
